The family of Franklin residents, Jamele and Amy Adams, has officially launched `the little book that our family all contributed to,' How Kids Define Love, Inclusion, and Trust: The Book of LIT.
According to the Amazon description, the book is a curated collection of children’s reflections and artwork that explores belonging and emotional understanding through young voices.
Created using the LIT framework (Love, Inclusion, and Trust), this full-color book invites children and the adults who support them to slow down and reflect together. Each spread features a child’s handwritten response to what love, inclusion, or trust means to them, offering honest insights that naturally spark conversation and empathy.
Designed for shared use, the book can be opened to any page and used as a discussion guide or reflective tool in homes, classrooms, counseling spaces, community settings and professional environments. Families can read and talk together, educators can use it to support social-emotional learning, and groups or teams can begin conversations grounded in connection and awareness.
