MEDWAY: Wayne Rogers Miller

Wayne Rogers Age 91, born August 18, 1934, (formerly of Wollaston, MA, Phoenix, AZ and Eugene, OR), passed away on December 13, 2025, at his sister's home in Derry, NH. He graduated from North Quincy High School in 1952, where he ran track. He was drafted into the U.S. Army, where he spent two years in England and met and married his former wife, Pearl (Lee) O'Brasky (d. 2005). Upon returning stateside, they resided in Medway, MA, for 18 years and had three daughters, Lisa (Miller) Claprood (husband, Ed of Plymouth, MA), Karen (Miller) Welch (husband, Vinnie of Carbondale, CO), Jenifer (Miller) Giovanella (husband, John of Medway, MA); and son, Lee H. Miller (d. 2005). Wayne was employed in the insurance industry and later, as a plumbing contractor with his brother, Bobby, in Phoenix, AZ (d. 1994). Wayne will be remembered for his entrepreneurial spirit, sharp wit, and love of fine scotch. Besides his children, he leaves his sister, Loris "Lolly" Jean Fleming of Derry, NH; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and their families.
