No Birth Certificate, No Problem

Medway Police saved the day, recently, for an Uxbridge woman, according to a report in the Milford Daily News. Christine LaChance applied for a US Passport and discovered that her original birth certificate, issued after a Medway-Police-Assisted emergency home birth in 1969, had never been properly filled out, or at least not to the standards currently required. Armed with an old Milford Daily News story about her birth, she visited the Medway Police to see if they could provide official corroboration of the facts. Fortunately, Chief Kingsley was able to pull up scanned logbooks and records from 1969 that took the mystery out of the birth certificate and got her squared with the feds...

Medway Water Restrictions

In accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Water Management Act
the Water Division is mandated to declare a mandatory water ban.

The Medway Water Division requests that everyone reduce their water use.

*There is NO outside watering during the hours of 9am through 5pm.
*Use of in-ground (irrigation) sprinkler system is PROHIBITED at all times.

ODD-EVEN Watering Guidelines:

Odd numbered residences; HAND WATERING ONLY is permitted on Odd numbered calendar days.
Even numbered residences; HAND WATERING ONLY is permitted on Even numbered calendar days.

Saturday is RAIL TRAIL 5K! (And you can still register!)

The Rail Trail 5k is almost here.

Pokemoto is back this year serving up their delicious Poke Bowls. Franklin Physical Therapy will be leading a 10 minute dynamic warm up starting at 8:40 AM.
Everyone will need to park at Waters: 210 Grove St., Franklin.
 Individuals can still sign up in person:
