VICTOR PISINI – 2026 Memorial Day Parade Grand Marshal

Victor Pisini was born in 1928 and has lived in Franklin for all of his 97 years, with the exception of the three years he served in the Army.
After graduating from Franklin High School and Dean Academy, Victor attended the Rhode Island School of Design until he was drafted during the Korean Conflict.
While serving, Victor was chosen for the Army’s Officer Candidate School and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant. Following his discharge from military service, he used the GI Bill to earn a degree in Accounting from Johnson and Wales University.
Victor has two sons, 5 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He is a lifetime member of Franklin’s VFW Post 3402, a past president of the Franklin Rotary Club, a life member of the Franklin Knights of Columbus, a member of the St. Anthony and Columbus Benevolent Society and is a founding member of the Franklin Art Association. He enjoys working with oils, acrylics, watercolors and pastels, and has been a talented artist for most of his life.
Victor has owned and operated Pisini Shoe Store on Main Street in Franklin for 74 years and still enjoys going to work every day.
