FRANKLIN: Maureen Roy

It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved Maureen (O'Brien) Roy, who died at home in Franklin on July 26, 2026.

Raised in Dorchester, Massachusetts, Maureen is survived by her children, Alicia, Nathan, and Jeffrey; her sister, Kathleen O'Brien Gallo; her brother, William "Billy" O'Brien; and many loving friends and extended family members.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, August 1, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin 131 Main Street. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, August 2, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Parish
