MEDWAY: Lloyd H. LaPan, Jr.

Lloyd LaPan Jr. passed away peacefully on August 2nd, 2026, after a battle with cancer. Lloyd was born September 30th, 1952, in Milford, MA to Lloyd and Rita (Nealon) LaPan. He graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1977.

He is survived by his son, Matthew LaPan and his wife Deborah, as well as his daughter, Mickey LaPan and her husband Jay. Lloyd is survived by his siblings, Maureen LaPan, Gladys Reardon and Timothy LaPan. He is predeceased by his sister Carol Daige and brother Patrick LaPan. He leaves behind two grandchildren, Parker and Tatum LaPan as well as many nieces and nephews.

Lloyd will be missed by his friends Don and Deb, and his many friends at Victory Lane.

Lloyd worked as a skilled butcher for 35 years, where he enjoyed his time managing the Meat Department at Roche Bros. He was an avid Boston sports fan and loved watching Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, and Celtics games with his friends. Lloyd enjoyed gardening, fishing, and talking sports. He loved to cook, and could commonly be found behind the grill at family parties. Lloyd had a great laugh, and an even better sense of humor.
