The Milford Area Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its “Hot to Trot” 5k road race on Saturday, July 30 2022 8am in Upton, MA. Registration runs from 7 to 7:30 and the event begins at Upton VFW, 15 Milford Street, Upton.

The event is for both seasoned runners or recreational runners “looking for a fun morning.” The family-friendly course is mostly flat and walkers are welcome, too.

A water stop will be available at the halfway mark. Music, breakfast and awards following the race.

Entrants get breakfast sandwich and performance wicking t-shirt.

Awards will be given for

• Overall Male and Female - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Winners
• Male and Female Age Groups --14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
