Winter Decorating Day Scheduled for 19th

The Franklin Downtown Partnership's Winter Decorating Day has been scheduled for Saturday morning, Nov. 19. 

Volunteers are needed to help install wreaths, bows and greenery. According to part participants, the work is social, fun, and convivial.
