In
accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the
Town of Franklin to
retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of
constructing and repairing cement concrete surfaces at various
locations within the Town of Franklin.
Project: The work to be performed will consist of the
Contractor constructing and repairing cement concrete sidewalks and
pedestrian ramps at various locations within the Town of Franklin.
The installation of new granite curb or the resetting of existing
granite curb may be required as part of this work. Work under this
Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which
shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor,
equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
Estimated Construction Cost: Est. $75,000 Location: Various
Locations in the Town of Franklin.
Contract Term: May 1, 2025 thru December 31, 2025 Bid

by the Town of Franklin from
qualified vendors to provide on-call new fence/guard rail supply,
installation, repairs and maintenance for the town/schools.
Project: Except as otherwise noted, the successful bidder shall
furnish all materials, equipment and labor necessary to complete work
as detailed in the work specifications. It is the intent of the Owner
that the work specifications shall prescribe a complete work or
improvement and when the work is completed, the contractor shall
leave the job site in a neat and finished condition, which includes
removal of all material. Estimated Cost: $90,000

for OPM Services The Town of Medway has
issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Owner's Project Manager
(OPM) services for a new public safety and town hall complex at 120
Main St. Services provided per Mass. General Law c. 149, sec. 44A1/2.
Non-mandatory, pre-proposal meeting on 4/23/25, 11AM, in Sanford
Hall, Town Hall,155 Village St, Medway,
MA. OPM services are expected to commence on or before 7/15/25; est.
cost of facility $80M; fee will be negotiated. RFQ available by
