FRANKLIN: Daniel A. Gargiulo

Daniel A. Gargiulo, age 47, of Plymouth, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2025 with family by his side. Born on November 16, 1977, in Franklin, Massachusetts, Daniel was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and uncle.

Daniel is survived by his father, Gerald Gargiulo; his two cherished sons, Jerald Gargiulo and Daniel Gargiulo; his wife, Alicia Gargiulo; his sister, Monica McDonough and her husband Sean McDonough; his nieces, Kaelyn McDonough and Ellison McDonough; and his step-children, Zachary Lucero and Layla Caccialini. Daniel was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Hillary Hanson Gargiulo.

Daniel had a kind heart and a willingness to help others. Whether they were a close friend or a complete stranger, he was the epitome of “If there’s a will to do it, there’s a way to do it.”

Daniel was a passionate father and enjoyed sharing his most-loved hobbies and interests with his children. Whether it was seasonal camping with family and friends, fishing, hunting, going for a ride on his motorcycle, or sitting around a fire telling stories and cracking jokes, he wanted everyone to be involved and to have a good time. He had a personality that brought joy into every room he entered, and a laugh that put a smile on everyone’s faces.

A period of visitation will take place at The Cartmell- Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 619 State Rd, Plymouth (Manomet), on Monday, November 24 from 4pm to 7pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home the following day on Tuesday, November 25, at 12pm.
