Winter Decorating on Ice Until Sunday

Update on Downtown Holiday Decorating: The date has been moved to Sunday, Nov. 23. Volunteers, please meet at the same time: 8:30 at the parking lot near Ferrara’s Market and the train track. Clearing & decorating will happen between 9 am and 12 noon. If other volunteers are available Sunday, please contact volunteer coordinator Sandy Sauer at sandy@franklintilecarpetone.com or Eileen Mason at emason4234@gmail.com

Students: if you have community service hours to satisfy, this is your opportunity to earn your hours. You will get a note documenting your service.

“We apologize for the date change. We are dedicated to making the downtown area festive during the holiday season,” said Mason, also a member of Franklin Garden Club. “The decorations make Franklin even more  attractive to people who go downtown to enjoy shopping, dining and entertainment.”

The Franklin Downtown Partnership (FDP) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization made up of more than 375 business owners, residents, and community leaders working to revitalize downtown Franklin.
