Robert Lee Jackson, 89, of Franklin, died peacefully on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the beloved husband of Gay (McIntosh) Jackson for the past 53 years.
Born in Natick on June 3, 1936, he was the son of the late Levi and Ruth (Kent) Jackson.
Bob was a resident of Franklin for over 50 years. He grew up in Natick and attended Natick public schools.
Bob proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War.
He worked as a driver at Accept Transportation for ten years and formerly worked as a mechanic at Tommy’s Taxi in Framingham.
Bob loved NASCAR, and was an avid baseball, football and hockey fan. He also loved spending time with his family.
He was a devoted father to his five children; Vickey Marini (deceased) of Wrentham, Louise Malloy of Yarmouth Port, Sandy Fitch of Falmouth, Robert Jackson, Jr. of Smithfield, Rhode Island and Richard Jackson of Millis. And, his siblings, sister Louise Parsons of Jacksonville, Florida and Richard Jackson (deceased) of Natick, ten grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway ginleyfuneralhomes.com
