Franklin DPW to Shut Off Water Wednesday

The DPW is asking everyone to spread the word about the Wednesday water shut off. The neighborhood impacted includes  Pine Street, Stanwood Drive, Sunken Meadow Road and John Edwards Circle. The situation is expected to lasts from 8am to 4 pm.

Franklin 4th Festival Goers Grab Town 250th Merch

Revelers were clearly in a 250 mood for the carnival celebrations this
year! "We were excited at how much merchandise we sold, and-- more
importantly-- how many conversations we had with Franklinites excited

Commuter Rail Interruption on Thursday

On World Cup matchdays, the last of which is Thursday of this week, there have been and will be  impacts on all Commuter Rail lines in and out of South Station.

• Franklin/Foxboro Line: Tomorrow, no Commuter Rail service to Foxboro or between Readville and Windsor Gardens. Shuttle buses between Forge Park/495 and Walpole connect riders to Providence Line at Canton Junction.
