IFB - COMMUNITY RESTROOM UPGRADES LEGAL NOTICE Section 00.11.10 ADVERTISEMENT TO BID The Franklin Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the 667-3 Community Restroom Upgrades, #101159 in Franklin, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Southeast Regional Capital Assistance Team (RCAT) and all incidental work necessary to complete the Project. The Project consists of: General upgrades within existing Community Building Men's and Women's restrooms including, but not limited to, removal and replacement of toilet partitions, accessories and selective fixtures. LEGAL NOTICE Invitation for Bids (IFB) TOWN OF FRANKLIN In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of the reconstruction of the Grove Street and Washington Street Intersection and construction of approximately 500 feet of shared-use path along the west side of Grove Street in the Town of Franklin. Project: The work to be performed will include the installation of new traffic signal equipment, pavement milling and overlay, full depth pavement widening, hot mix asphalt shared-use path, concrete sidewalks, concrete pedestrian ramps, new striping, signing, drainage improvements, a stormwater infiltration basin and other incidental work as required.
