Erin Gallagher, Director & Co-Founder, Children’s Museum of Franklin has shared the following letter for publicaition on Giving Tuesday...
As a proud representative of Garelick Farms, based right here in Franklin, I am continually reminded of the strength, heart, and connection that define this town. Franklin has been our home for generations, and supporting our neighbors has always been at the core of who we are. That’s why we are honored to stand beside Children’s Museum of Franklin – a place that is quickly becoming a true hub of joy, learning, and belonging for families across the region.
The Museum has already made an incredible impact, creating a space where children can explore – all while feeling welcomed, valued, and connected. It has become more than a destination for play; it is a place where community grows and where every child, regardless of circumstance, has the opportunity to feel a sense of belonging.
But for many families, access to this kind of space isn’t guaranteed. Donations ensure that children who might not otherwise be able to visit can experience the joy, curiosity, and confidence-building moments that happen inside these walls. Your support helps remove barriers so that every child can feel included in the wonder of learning through play.
This Giving Tuesday, we are proud to deepen that commitment.
Garelick Farms will match every donation made to Children’s Museum of Franklin, dollar for dollar, up to $10,000 on this Giving Tuesday. Your gift will not only help the museum grow, but will also open its doors wider, ensuring that more neighbors can share in the experiences that foster connection and community.
We invite you to join us in strengthening the fabric of our town. You can take advantage of the Garelick Farms match by donating at childrensmuseumfranklin.org/giving-tuesday. When we give together, we build a place where all families feel like they belong.
Thank you for being part of this community and for making a meaningful impact this Giving Tuesday.
With gratitude,
Brad Lahrman
