Volunteers with the MFD are proud to host the 1st Annual Community CPR & First Aid Training on January 21 from 5:30–7:00 PM at the Thayer House. There is no cost to attend but voluntary donations will be collected in support of the 22 Mohawks Foundation. For sign-up or questions: aperella@medwayma.gov or 508 321 4965
This hands-on training will cover essential life-saving skills, including CPR techniques and effectiveness, AED operation, tourniquet application (including the use of common household items), and basic first aid. Instruction will be provided through rotating skills stations, creating an engaging, interactive learning experience for participants of all levels.
FRANKLIN
The Franklin Fire and Health Department is hosting a FREE class that focuses on choking emergencies for our community members this month on January 28th from 3 PM - 4/4:30 PM at the Franklin Fire Station on 40 West Central St. I would really appreciate it if you could please share the attached flyer regarding the class and below sign up link on any social media.
