The 2026 Women in Business Conference on March 27th, from 9 am to 12 pm at the Guidrey Center. The public is welcome.
This year's Conference theme, "Breaking through the threshold: Defining Professional Pathways," focuses on empowering students to break through career thresholds by exploring diverse professional pathways, fostering meaningful connections, and equipping emerging leaders with the insight and confidence to move forward. For this section, we have three keynote speakers.

During the conference, we will hold a Fireside Chat centered on the pivotal moments that shaped our panelists' professional journeys: the decisions, risks, challenges, or opportunities that marked a shift in direction, perspective, or purpose. The Fireside Chat theme is "The Turning Point: Decisions That Defined My Path."

Our goal is to provide the audience, students and others, with an honest and meaningful look at how careers evolve, often through nonlinear experiences, and how intentional decision-making can shape professional growth.
