According to an Instagram post by Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical School in Franklin, 9th graders in the Legal and Protective Services (LPS) program recently visited the Wrentham District Court to observe real courtroom proceedings. Students watched arraignments, bail decisions, and restraining order hearings — gaining a firsthand look at how our justice system works.

According to the school, the Legal and Protective Services Program at Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School provides students with the opportunity to take part in a course of study that combines rigorous academics with unique, real-life learning opportunities. After completing the program, students will be prepared to enter the workforce or college in the areas of law enforcement, public safety, and/or legal services. The emphasis on practical learning will give students a competitive edge in a wide variety of employment areas when entering college or the workforce.
