The request for proposals can be obtained via email requested to Phil Palumbo (phil.palumbo@collierseng.com) on April 22, 2026 starting at 8:00am. Building envelope commissioning services proposals are due May 6, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Proposals are to be submitted via email to Phil Palumbo (phil.palumbo@collierseng.com). Project Description: The Medway Municipal Complex project consists of the ground-up construction of a new, 2-story and 3-story, 100,000+/- SF municipal complex housing Medway Town Hall, Medway Fire Department, and Medway Police Department, as well as all the associated site and utility work. The project's timeline is to go through the remainder of design and contractor bidding so the construction funding can be presented at Town Meeting in early 2027. The Town of Medway reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the proposals received, if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town to do so. The contract between the Town of Medway and the building envelope commissioning vendor is required to be approved by the Medway Select Board.
