Celebrate Franklin 250
The Town of Franklin is seeking qualified vendors to produce and manage commemorative merchandise in celebration of Franklin’s 250th Anniversary.
This milestone anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate Franklin’s history, community pride, and shared future. To support this town-wide celebration, we are inviting vendors to submit qualifications, product examples, pricing, and service information for a commemorative merchandise program that may be sold and/or distributed as part of Franklin’s anniversary events and promotions.
We are looking for vendors who can not only produce high-quality items, but also support online ordering, payment processing, fulfillment, and shipping through a hosted merchandise portal.
Scope of Services
The Town is seeking vendors that can provide some or all of the following services:
- Production of commemorative merchandise
- Product sourcing and mockups
- Online storefront or portal setup and management
- Customer ordering and payment processing
- Order fulfillment and shipping
- Inventory coordination, as needed
- Clear customer service and issue resolution related to merchandise orders
Vendors may submit for one product category, multiple categories, or a full-service merchandise program.

- DTG long-sleeve t-shirts
- DTG short-sleeve t-shirts
- DTG crewneck sweatshirts
- DTG hooded sweatshirts
- Polo shirts with embroidered logo
- Quarter-zip pullovers with embroidered logo
- DTG Canvas Tote bag
- Umbrellas with DTF logo
- Soft coolers with DTF logo
- Commemorative glassware
- Commemorative coin
- Commemorative pin
- Holiday ornaments
- Coasters (set of 4)
- Magnets
- Stickers
- Roll-up picnic blankets with DTF logo
- Beanie hats with embroidered logo
- Ball caps with embroidered logo
- Straw hats with logo
Project Goals
Selected merchandise and services should:
- Celebrate Franklin’s 250th Anniversary in a way that feels special, community-centered, and reflective of the Town
- Offer residents and visitors access to commemorative items through an easy-to-use online ordering experience
- Ensure quality, consistency, and reliable fulfillment
- Support a smooth purchasing process from ordering through delivery
- Allow the Town to offer merchandise without needing to directly manage day-to-day sales and shipping logistics
Vendor Qualifications
This call is open to qualified merchandise vendors, manufacturers, print shops, promotional product companies, and fulfillment partners with demonstrated experience in custom branded merchandise and online store management.
Preference may be given to vendors who can show:
- Experience producing custom merchandise for municipalities, nonprofits, schools, community events, or similar organizations
- Ability to host and manage an online merchandise portal
- Ability to process customer payments securely
- Strong fulfillment and shipping capabilities
- Clear timelines, communication, and customer service processes
- Competitive pricing for both products and service fees
